Introduction 

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by AssistWithSarah (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this site or booking services, you agree to be bound by these terms

Services 

​We provide professional services including virtual assistant support, online course creation, sales funnels, automation, email marketing, and related digital services. Services will be described in a proposal or agreement before commencement.

Booking & Payment 

  • To secure any project, a deposit of 50% of the agreed project fee is required before work begins.

  • The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final deliverables or as agreed in the proposal.

  • For hourly services, invoices are issued based on tracked hours and must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.

  • All payments are accepted via the payment method specified in your proposal (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe).

  • Prices do not include taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • If you cancel a project after work starts, you remain responsible for all hours worked and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

Delivery & Timelines

We’ll agree on timelines before work starts. While we aim to meet all deadlines, timelines may change due to revisions, additional requests, or technical issues. You will be informed of any significant changes.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary materials, logins, content, and information timely so work can proceed as planned

​Intellectual Property

All original work produced becomes yours upon final payment. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

We provide services in good faith but are not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from the use of our deliverables.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of updates.
